After obtaining engineering and business degrees, Nicole spent nearly 20 years of her career in various energy sectors, including wind, solar, oil, and gas. Over the past decade, she has held leadership positions in large-scale (unconventional) projects for Shell, from the early development phases to execution and operation, as well as leadership roles in the mergers and acquisitions and integration division. In recent years, she was part of the team responsible for hydrogen activities, leading the supply chain for major green hydrogen projects.

She uses her knowledge and industrial experience to support the deployment of the project portfolio backed by Hy24 and to drive asset management and investments for Hy24’s new initiative focused on hydrogen equipment and technologies alongside the team dedicated to this strategy.
