Colin Bergman

ARC Financial Corp. (“ARC”)

Colin is focused on the origination, structuring and execution of new investment opportunities for ARC. He is also responsible for overseeing several ARC portfolio companies, and through his involvement with those companies, provides guidance on strategy, capital allocation, risk management, talent development and exit planning.

Colin joined ARC in 2018 with prior experience in investment banking at a globalinvestment bank where he focused on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and is a CFA Charterholder.
