Alejandro Perellón

Alejandro Perellón is Managing Director, Head of the Americas at Hy24 where he leads origination, structuring, and transaction execution for Hy24’s investment opportunities in the Americas. Hy24 manages funds that are exclusively dedicated to investing in the entire clean hydrogen value chain.

Alejandro has over 16 years of private equity, investment banking, and corporate development experience across the renewable energy and mining sectors. Prior to joining Hy24, he was part of the renewables group at NW Natural, where he worked on financial analysis and deal structuring for the Company’s renewable natural gas and hydrogen investments. He began his career at UBS Investment Bank where he provided M&A, Capital Markets, and Restructuring advisory services to clients in the Latin American region. Afterwards he joined ARC, a mining-focused private equity firm, where he spent 8 years as a member of the investment team. He has a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School where he majored in Finance and minored in Spanish.
